Our gypsum boards, mineral fiber ceiling tiles, calcium silicate boards, light-gauge steel framing systems, exposed ceiling grids and other building and decorative materials comply with applicable Chinese export quality standards and relevant international industry requirements.

We are an authorized distributor of well-known building material brands, including Taishan, Knauf, BNBM, Armstrong and Sanle. Our own brand, “Nanzhixing,” is supplied directly by our manufacturing facility, allowing us to maintain strict quality control from the source.

All export products undergo strict quality inspections before shipment to ensure that they meet the quality requirements of overseas customers.

1.2 Quality Claim Handling

1. Customers should complete the inspection within seven working days after receiving the goods. If any product quality defect is found, a claim may be submitted with supporting evidence, including photos, videos and the bill of lading.
2. If the issue is verified as a product quality defect, we will provide reshipment, replacement or reasonable compensation according to the actual circumstances.
3. Damage caused by improper sea transportation, unsuitable storage conditions or incorrect installation by the customer is not covered by our quality guarantee.

1.3 Technical Support

1. Remote Technical Support: Product specifications, installation guidance and troubleshooting assistance are available via email, WhatsApp, WeChat and other communication channels.
2. Video Guidance: For complex technical issues, professional technicians can provide remote assistance through video meetings.
3. On-Site Service: For large-scale projects or long-term partners, overseas installation guidance and technical training can be arranged upon request. Related travel expenses will be charged separately.

1.4 Global Service Coverage

We provide worldwide service support. Supported by international logistics channels and overseas partners, we deliver responsive and reliable after-sales services to customers around the world.

2.1 Common Shipping Methods

1. Full Container Load (FCL): Suitable for large-volume orders, offering an economical and efficient shipping solution.
2. Less than Container Load (LCL): Suitable for small and medium-volume orders, offering greater flexibility.
3. Air Freight: Suitable for urgent orders or small quantities of high-value samples.

2.2 Packaging

1. Standard Export Packaging: Board products are packed on pallets with moisture-resistant film and protective corner guards. Steel framing systems and accessories are packed in bundles or cartons.
2. Special Packaging: Customized packaging solutions are available upon request, including fumigated wooden cases and fumigation-free plywood cases, to protect the goods during long-distance sea transportation.
3. Shipping Marks: Customized shipping marks can be provided with product information, destination details, handling instructions and other required information.

2.3 International Trade Terms

We support various Incoterms, including but not limited to:

1. FOB: Zhuhai, Shenzhen or Guangzhou Port
2. CIF: Customer’s designated destination port
3. EXW: Ex Works
4. CFR: Cost and Freight

Specific trade terms are subject to the sales contract agreed upon by both parties.

3.1 Standard Product Purchasing Process

1. Customer Inquiry: Provide product requirements, including product category, specifications, quantity and packaging requirements.
2. Quotation: We provide a detailed quotation covering product specifications, packaging, delivery time and payment terms.
3. Order Confirmation: Both parties confirm the price and commercial terms and sign the sales contract.
4. Deposit Payment: The customer pays the agreed deposit, generally 30% to 50% of the total contract value.
5. Production and Preparation: We arrange production and prepare the goods according to the confirmed schedule.
6. Pre-Shipment Inspection: The customer may inspect the goods at our facility or appoint an independent inspection company.
7. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
8. Shipment Arrangement: We arrange vessel booking, customs declaration, container loading and shipment.
9. Export Documentation: We provide the bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and other required export documents.

3.2 Customized Product Purchasing Process

1. The customer confirms the customization requirements and provides details such as specifications, dimensions, colors, textures and logo requirements.
2. We prepare a customized solution, sample and quotation.
3. After the solution is approved, both parties sign the contract and the customer pays the deposit.
4. We purchase the required raw materials and arrange production.
5. After production, we provide photos or videos for approval. Customers may also conduct an on-site or third-party inspection.
6. Shipment is arranged after the remaining balance has been paid.

3.3 Production Lead Time

1. Standard Products: Goods are generally ready within 15 to 25 working days after order confirmation and receipt of the deposit, depending on the product category and order quantity.
2. Customized Products: The production lead time is generally 20 to 45 working days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the customized products.
3. The final delivery schedule is subject to the contract agreed upon by both parties. If significant raw material price fluctuations or force majeure events occur, the delivery schedule may be adjusted through mutual consultation.

4.1 What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity varies by product. Standard gypsum boards and mineral fiber ceiling tiles generally require a minimum order of one 20-foot container. Minimum quantities for steel framing systems and accessories can be discussed according to the actual order requirements. Please contact our sales team for specific MOQ information.

4.2 Can you provide samples?

Yes. We can provide samples of our main products for quality evaluation. Small-size standard samples may be provided free of charge, but international shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Customized samples may require a sample fee depending on the actual requirements. The sample fee can be refunded after a bulk order is confirmed.

4.3 What certifications are available?

Our products comply with relevant Chinese quality standards. If specific international certifications or testing standards, such as CE, ASTM or BS, are required, please inform us in advance. We can coordinate the required testing and certification according to the customer’s needs.

4.4 What should I do if there is a problem after delivery?

Please contact our after-sales team promptly and provide product photos, videos and bill of lading information. We will respond within 24 hours and provide reshipment, replacement or reasonable compensation according to the actual circumstances.

Customers are advised to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. If any damage is found, please take clear photos as supporting evidence.

4.5 Do you provide OEM and ODM services?

Yes. We provide flexible OEM and ODM services. Customers may provide their own branding, labels and packaging designs, and we will arrange customized production accordingly.

“Nanzhixing” is our own brand, and private-label manufacturing is also available for overseas customers.

4.6 How do you ensure on-time delivery?

We have a stable supply chain system and our own manufacturing resources, allowing us to effectively manage production schedules. We also maintain long-term partnerships with several freight forwarding companies, enabling us to arrange flexible shipping schedules and ensure timely dispatch.

If a delay is caused by our company, the matter will be handled according to the terms agreed upon in the contract.
